Thank you for requesting a service with Wagtime Walks! Payment for Wagtime Walks services can be made in person by cash, check or money order, via mail by check or money order or via PayPal Invoice with your credit or debit card.
When a reservation request has been made for a service and is reserved for you, payment will be accepted at the meet & greet or an invoice will be emailed to you. You can simply pay via PayPal through the email or mail payment to Wagtime Walks.

All payments are to be made & received prior to requested service date so for your convenience you can pay with your debit or credit card with PayPal as soon as you receive the invoice I send you. PayPal is a safe and secure way to make payments and can be done quickly and easily and you don't need to have a PayPal account to use this feature.

Reservations are made to plan sitter availability to clients. Therefore a Cancellation Charge Schedule is effective 11/1/14 and is as follows (% applies to entire service period total):
0 - 48 hours prior to any service, and/or Holidays: Payment in full is charged (no refunds)
2 - 7 days prior to service: 20% of service total is due (equals 80% refund)
8 days prior to service or more: No charge, refund in full.
I do understand that there are sometimes extenuating circumstances that happen in life, & I will use my prerogative in these cases on whether to collect a cancellation charge.
I have all good things to say about Joanne & Wagtime Walks. My dog was well taken care of and happy. Joanne is extremely reliable, professional and honest. She took care of our dog like it was her own!! I highly recommend Joanne!! ------ Susan C.

I immediately knew he was in good hands with you. From the start, our "meet and greet" was very thorough and I knew that my requests were truly being heard with care and concern.
We were so grateful for the pictures of Oscar and texts while we were away that let us know how things were going day to day -- they helped me rest easy knowing Oscar was fine! Oscar looked great and was well and content when we returned home.

There will be a $15 daily holiday surcharge added for the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, & New Years Eve.
